The analysis portal for transport companies
All tachograph data of your drivers and vehicles in one place: infringements, driving times, working time, mobility, payroll, HR and deadlines. Below you see every section of the portal.
Files arrive through the VYS Tacho app, an upload in the portal or by email. The portal reads them, checks them against the European driving and rest time rules and the Dutch working time rules for transport, and lays everything out per driver and per period. You see what is wrong, what it may cost and what still needs to be done.

Frequently asked questions
How do the tachograph files get into the portal?
Drivers download their card with the VYS Tacho app, you upload files yourself in the portal, or you email them as an attachment to ddd@vystacho.nl from a known email address of the company.
Is the driving times overview live?
The portal works with the card and vehicle unit files. What you see is the status at the last download. The more often files are downloaded, the more current the overview.
Who can access the portal?
You add users yourself with a role: owner, administrator, reviewer or viewer. Signing in works with a code by email, without a password. Everything that happens is recorded in the audit log.
Are the amounts in the portal actual fines?
They are an indication based on the statutory fine amounts per country. Where a country has no fixed amount per offence, this is shown.
In which languages is the portal available?
The portal is available in 26 languages. Infringement letters to drivers can be issued in their own language.
